Source Top Performers

Our highly experienced recruitment team goes through multiple job portals and forums to identify the right candidates to push down our funnel. We also have an automated process that results in top notch candidates applying to us directly.

STEP TWO

In-Depth Skill Review

We review each marketer’s professional experience, client feedback, and work samples to assess their level of expertise and knowledge of best practices. Most Marketers also complete a skill-specific assessment.

STEP THREE

Video Interview

Our final layer of screening is a video interview that assesses communication skills, critical thinking, and professionalism. If all above criteria are met, the freelancer joins our SapienHire community.

STEP FOUR

Test Projects

For certain marketing roles and candidates, we will assign test projects as a final step in the application process. Test projects provide real-world scenarios for candidates to demonstrate their competence, thoroughness, professionalism, and integrity over what is typically 1-3 weeks.
